From chilled and gentle, flowing and stretching to energising and powerful we have lots of yoga practices on our schedule. We will have a practice that will suit your needs and how you wish to feel.

Vinyasa

VINYASA YOGA is the class for ultimate nourishment of the body and the mind. In this class you’ll be guided through an intelligent sequence of movements, linked together with the breath that will open up and strengthen the body.

Unwind and energise.Expect a combination of stillness, movement, nourishing breathwork and relaxation. So whatever you’re craving, you will be able to move your body in a way that feels good for you.

Hatha

Ha means “sun” and that means “moon”.

HATHA YOGA is a traditional practice to calm and balance the mind and body.

This class focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and flexibility through a series of fluid and mindful movements. Breathwork and relaxation to restore equilibrium of your nervous system, maintain healthy functioning of the body and induce mental calmness. Suitable for all levels.

Yin

Slow paced, quiet yoga practice incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. Targeting our bones and connective tissues to stimulate the circulation of Chi (which is energy) through the energy network called meridian lines, and improve the range of motion by making use of gravity.

Postures are held for 3-5 minutes with breathwork, meditation, and relaxation to reduce tension, stress and anxiety. You are welcomed to wear thick socks, bring your blankets and cushions to make yourself feel comfortable. Suitable for all levels.

ASHTANGA

ASHTANGA is a traditional practice of yoga from a set sequence of standing, seated and finishing postures. Based on elements from the primary sequence, this class is designed to build strength and flexibility. A dynamic class linking breath with movement to encourage a moving meditation. Each class will incorporate breath mediation and a series of standing poses to build heat and energy in the body and end with seated and finishing postures to stretch the body and steady the mind in preparation for deep relaxation.

POWER YOGA

POWER YOGA is a dynamic practice with a blend of sweat, strength, and inspiration. It will push you to your limits in a healthy way, leaving you feeling more powerful and alive. Miguel aims to do more than strengthen the body. He wants you to gain confidence, gain emotional balance, and mental clarity.

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA is the class for ultimate nourishment of the body and the mind. The class will guide you through an intelligent sequence of movements, linked together with the breath that will open up and strengthen the body. This is great for anyone who has experience in yoga and wants to take their physical practice to the next level.

sunday yoga chill

Ease yourself into your Sunday morning with Pranayama breathwork, bringing the focus to your breath and within. Along with a chilled yoga asana flow to mobilise the joints and awaken your energies. Closing the class with a guided meditation to focus your mind and find a calm and tranquil place within you. 

GENTLE YOGA

GENTLE YOGA is a gentle class for ultimate nourishment of the body and the mind. In this class Fion will guide you through an intelligent sequence of movements, linked together with the breath that will open up and strengthen the body. This class is great for beginners or for people who want to really fine tune their foundations in Vinyasa Yoga.

SEATED YOGA

A Gentle chair-based yoga class for those looking to enjoy the wonders yoga but without the pressure of certain positions and stretches.  This class is subsidised with a grant from the Healthy You Initiative. New clients can access the class at a subsidised rate of £6 per session. 

YANG TO YIN

An accessible yoga class that will take you through a journey of gentle flowing sequences and restful yin poses.  Suitable for all levels.

YOGA FLOW

Unwind and energise. Expect a combination of stillness, movement, nourishing breathwork and relaxation. 

YOGALATES

Blended Format Class

A blend of Yoga stretching along with core Pilates strengthening set to ambient relaxing music. Our bands and balls used to add resistance and aid stretching.

POWER AND PEACE

Blended Format Class

A hybrid class blending high energy with yoga.

Power & Peace Flow will seamlessly blend high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with restorative deep stretching. Angela will use a unique combination which will allow you to harness your strength and energy while also improving mobility and flexibility.
